      Unsure. Wasn't there long enough to know.

      Cons

      Tried to bait and switch me on the agreed pay. In the interview we discussed and agreed to a wage different than what was told to me starting. When brought up they said that would be available to me after a "couple of annual reviews" Do not walk, run, away from this because if they're doing this day 1, you can only imagine the other shenanigans they'll pull.

      hiring people from Arkansas, Lying, Hiring the worst people for the job.

      Cons

      VSC fails to give employees a safe and effective work environment. I witnessed an employee get into several altercations that about became physical. The altercations was to the point where he had to be physically restrained. This same employee has showed up to the office intoxicated several times, abused the PTO policy, and can't seem to get fired. Of course that's because he's best friends with the branch manager. Human Resources and corporate level management are essentially useless, and unless you are from Arkansas there is no room for you to grow in this company.

      They would rather hire outside then promote so you end up leaving this job just to get hired back on for the amount you were asking for in the first place
