      Pros

      No pros working at Vaaan.

      Cons

      They fare worst in terms of their HR policies. Quick hire, quickest fire policy. Salary paid every 2 months, even for tier3 employees. Working here is like getting caught in a spider's web. Not a single person who decided to move on, got his dues cleared and that's a history.

      They need something really good to have a space in this.

      Cons

      Salary not paid on time. Very less salary as compared to the industry standards. Poor Management. Dont retain their employees for longer period. Quick Hire Quick Fire Policy.
