      Flexibility and freedom to prove yourself Great transparency from leadership across the business Highly skilled, top performing workforce - building better products for our clients than the competition. Really low churn rate, people don’t leave the company very often Growing, hiring and signing new clients during Covid 19

      Cons

      Can be difficult to be part of a totally remote team, but a lot of effort is made to keep the culture Employment contracts are not PAYE so not for everyone Share vesting period is very long, too long - so ignore as part of a package unless you’re a lifer.
