Pros
Very knowledgable and competent colleagues make the work a lot more bearable and enjoyable at times. Flexible work schedule and nice down times when work is slow, but when work picks up, they expect you to travel 90% and up.
Cons
Upper managment only cares about the bottom line and not about employee contributions nor loyalty. If company does not make money, jobs will be cut immediately; seniority nor merit contributions are not noted. Pay reduction is not even considered.
