Pros

I have been with Valiance for more than four years, and it has been a rewarding journey both professionally and personally. The company has evolved significantly during this period, creating numerous opportunities for employees to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibilities. What stands out most is the culture of ownership and innovation. Employees are encouraged to think independently, solve challenging problems, and contribute meaningfully to projects that have real-world impact. The work is intellectually stimulating, and there is constant exposure to emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and large-scale engagements across diverse sectors. The leadership team is ambitious and focused on building long-term value, while also providing employees with opportunities to develop new skills and advance their careers. The organisation rewards initiative and gives individuals the flexibility to make a tangible difference. 1. Excellent learning and growth opportunities 2. High degree of ownership and responsibility 3. Talented and collaborative colleagues 4. Fast-growing company with strong future potential

Cons

1. The pace can be demanding at times due to rapid growth and evolving priorities. 2. As with many growing organisations, processes continue to mature over time.

Pros

Some like minded people and no rent.

Cons

Seems company is new to hardware part and to be honest it's a big Mess as to a personal level and company level. First the main problem lies in the technical architect taking daily meetings and doing WFH. He is clueless , behaviour problems and null domain knowledge for this product. He is good at shifting blame from one to another which effected whole team dynamics. With this he also takes biased decisions and passed FALSE feedback with no transparency , no idea how to assess and can't answer if asked logically. The hardware is picked by him only but he is putting blame on others. The budget is too narrow and less time is their to put out efficient product. All these things have effected me alot (budget issue)and the projects. I even asked to put a proper meeting with me for feedback concerns but nothing was done. The JD was very different from nature of work and the leads doesn't distribute work properly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we respect every employee’s right to express their views, we believe it is important to provide additional context. Building deep-tech products, particularly in emerging hardware and AI domains, is inherently challenging. Such programs require teams to operate under evolving requirements, tight timelines, technical constraints, and high standards of accountability. At our organisation, performance evaluations are not based on the opinion of a single individual. Feedback is gathered from multiple stakeholders, project outcomes, collaboration effectiveness, ownership, and overall contribution to business objectives. We strive to ensure fairness and transparency in these assessments. The suggestion that project challenges can be attributed to a single person does not reflect the reality of how complex engineering programs are executed. Successes and setbacks alike are shared responsibilities across teams, leadership, and contributors. We expect every team member, regardless of role or seniority, to proactively communicate concerns, propose solutions, and take ownership of outcomes. As a growing company, we continuously refine our processes, team structures, and communication mechanisms. We acknowledge that not every role or work environment will be the right fit for every individual, particularly in fast-paced innovation-driven organisations where expectations are high and priorities evolve rapidly. We remain proud of the products, technologies, patents, and impact our teams have delivered, and we are grateful to the many current and former employees who have contributed to that journey. Constructive feedback helps us improve, but it is equally important that feedback reflects a balanced view of both organisational and individual responsibilities. We wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

Pros

As someone in a Data/AI/ML role, the quality of projects and the caliber of people around you is genuinely impressive. The company invests in your growth — whether that's through access to learning resources, exposure to cutting-edge AI work, or being trusted with real responsibility early on. The biggest differentiator is, What you build actually gets implemented at scale. This isn't a place where your work disappears into a backlog — you see real-world impact, and that's incredibly motivating. On top of that, there are genuine opportunities to contribute to research papers and file patents, which is rare in a consulting/solutions environment and a massive plus for anyone looking to grow their technical reputation in the AI/ML space. The culture is collaborative and inclusive. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and actually listens to employee feedback. Managers here care about your development, not just deliverables. The remote/hybrid flexibility is a huge plus — handled thoughtfully with a real trust-based approach rather than micromanagement. Compensation is competitive and reflects the value placed on technical talent.

Cons

Like any growing company, processes are still maturing in some areas, and things can move fast. If you prefer a highly structured environment, there's an adjustment period — but for most people in this space, that energy is a feature, not a bug.
