This is a team with a great product gaining huge traction in the market and on the verge of exploding into stellar growth. As part of that growth their is the usual growing pains of growing the teams big enough at the right speed and aligning responsibilities amongst the people in those teams but if you are looking for a rapid growing company with a great product then this is the place to be.
Cons
Sometimes roles aren't always clear and this can lead to miscommunication but the teams are growing and the gaps are being filled and he roles are becomming more defined so this will just be part of the growth of the business.
