      Slow steady growth, fairly communal atmosphere between departments Core group of long-term employees has been there for ages and are treated fairly well Great support for training and education programs/qualifications

      Big promises of huge growth that always get tempered down when comes time to implement Lots of red tape when it comes to hiring, new contracts, etc Fairly high staff turnover for newer staff
