      Some interesting people to work with. Fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Extremely high staff turnover. Many people get fired for very stupid reasons. If you fall out of favour you are gone. If the CEO doesn't like you, you are gone. If you say something the CEO doesn't like, you are gone. Highly political atmosphere. Everyone is fighting each other. I was repeatedly told to ignore emails from another colleague by my manager which resulted in that person getting fired. Incompetent management. People are there through tenure / favouritism. Very basic level of knowledge displayed by management. Extremely poor salaries. Well below industry standard pay levels.

      - some interesting work - great colleagues - high level of ownership early on

      Cons

      - senior management, senior management, senior management - extremely political for such a small company - middle managers that add little to no value - management often times dishonest with their intentions - poor pay - strong culture of favoritism. if you are one of the few that are in the good graces of the CEO, you will do well - take the "rocketship" reviews with a grain of salt - the list can go on
