We appreciate you acknowledging the cultural changes you have started to notice but sorry to hear about your experiences around job descriptions. What I would like to suggest in the first instance, if you haven’t already done so, is to speak to your line manager or dedicated HR Business Partner who will be able to advise you. We are currently conducting a site wide initiative to review and revise job descriptions.
