Pros
Overall, I had a positive experience at Valspar. The company had decent management, reasonable pay, and a workplace culture that felt supportive and professional. I felt like I was a good match for the role and that my contributions were valued. The people were one of the strongest parts of the experience. Management was generally fair and approachable, and there was a good sense of teamwork. I also appreciated that the company provided stability and a reasonable level of support for employees.
Cons
Work-life balance could have been better at times, especially during busy periods, but overall I would describe Valspar as a good company with solid leadership and good people.
