Pros
Flexible working hours allow a nice work/life balance.
Cons
Very poor, ignorant and impersonal management team. Lack of dedication towards the employees. No possibility of career progression at all. Poor working environment, lacking the basic needs as warm/hot water, during the winter period there is no heating, the temperature is way below the legal requirement (average temperature is around 8-10 degree celsius for months). Unbelievable working condition in the 21st century.
