It’s a good company to start with

I have been working at Valuetech full-time (More than 3 years) Flat structure within the organization makes it really amazing to work there. There is no politics and each team member supports one another in growing the company. Values of Higher Management/Owner clearly reflects in their dealings with all employees and they are easily accessible any time of the day or night! Strength of the company lies in trying to help each employee become leaders and to take up diverse roles. Though yearly bonus structure is not fixed, but is based on performance. There are those who have received increments multiple times within a year due to showing performance. They compensate well and value the commitment/performance shown by each employee.
