      Pros

      Brilliant development team willing to drive solutions at a pace far surpassing industry standards.

      Cons

      Substandard management, no HR and random firings without investigation. Emotionally controlled leadership decision making. Powerless department leaders who end up axed due to misunderstandings between the owners.

      Latest technology (Microsoft development) Modern tech culture (ping pong / foosball, cool office) Flexible (work from home, hours, etc.) Capable and helpful co-workers

      Cons

      Revolving door for technical staff Tiny workspaces with no privacy for phone Employee professional development - send to another company by firing Lack of communication from management Snap decision firing / no HR process to protect/inform employees Below average benefits / high cost of insurance (even beyond Obamacare inflation)

      Pros

      I enjoy the energy and talent of the people at Vanick. We get along and laugh a lot, while getting things done. Salary and benefits are very good and the atmosphere is laid back - as long as we're taking care of business. Management is knowledgeable and communicative.

      Cons

      Growing pains that are typical of small companies on a growth trajectory.
