Pros
Legacy products are outstanding. Legacy employees full of passion. Decent paycheck.
Cons
Company loses money so gets little investment which affects top line sales which limits ability to maker money. Downward spiral. Management far more interested in measuring its failures than in leading a turn-around. Company culture is like, "Measure everything, do nothing".

Some of the best coworkers I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Cons
Management is a joke every 2 months we get a new vp in charge of a new department. We lose more and more people and they keep having everyone do twice the work for no pay.
