Pros
The company seems great at the first glance, nice location, great medical benefits and the people, in Iasi, seem really nice.
For me it was great at first because I didn't have so much experience and I had a lot to learn.
Besides the developing tasks, you kinda work in all the processes inside of the team: devops, management and sometimes testing (manual).
A great benefit for me was that the normal program is 7h/day.
Cons
- salaries are really low at start
- you need to deliver A LOT in a very shirt amount of time
- quality is not needed as long as the product does its job
- no unit testing
- too much management
- there are very few opportunities for you to grow career wise
