      Nothing actually! Illiterate management with no business ethics or valid expreince.

      Cons

      There are numerous incidents of not paying salary and ask people to leave without any legit reason. Management includes Ajay Sahoo & Nilladree (whois also a corrupt placement officer in Gandhi Institute. I have filed a case against the firm for not paying my salary and final settlement bills. They are an illiterate and unprofessional bunch of crap. They offer you cash salary to evade tax. Also, Mr. Ray asked/forced me to deposit cash in their personal account to convert black into white. No business ethics. Those Cheats are avoiding calls and my lawyer's legal notice. I have enough evidence, please get in touch in case you need more information.

      If you don't want to do any work then this is the company for you because they don't have any work , still they hire you so they can spoil your career

      Cons

      The CEO of this company only hire peoples so he can take out his frustration on them, he only comes to office so that he can yell on his employees. Don't expect to get paid on time or at all. The CEO thinks of himself as he is Bill Gates. He don't have any technical knowledge yet he considers himself as an IITian He will call you every weekend even though there is no work to do. He thinks he knows everything about a technology by knowing only the technology name.

      There is no pro, beware of this company.

      Cons

      This is the worst company I have ever worked in. The employees are treated very badly. One cannot excel her/his potential by working in this company, as they are not provided with the valid work. The CEO of the company has no leadership quality and is egoist, hence the employees are downtrodden. The CEO considers himself as Steve Job.
