Large organisation with interesting benefits and opportunity to work with some interesting people.
Cons
Management is very poor, lacking in personnel skills, a LOT of FAVOURITISM happening, no career progression nor clear benefits. You might get fruits and some crap Fika in the office, posh office, but that’s it. Pay is low, much lower than the competition. Management working part time… things don’t get prioritised.

Good salary (along with the current market rate, or a little more). The best work-life balance. Working with the best technological products on the market. You can change roles easily (at the same level or go to management level).
Cons
Even if you are working with the best technology on the market, the pace is very slow, so I don't recommend Vattenfall if you are at an early stage of your career and want to work/learn quickly. I say highlighting that it is a very slow place.
