While the team within Wind Procurement is international and talented, I’ve found the environment to be less inclusive than expected. For instance, hiring international employees who may not speak English fluently, only to send them contracts in English, can create unnecessary barriers. Additionally, some HR portals and office screens are exclusively in German, which can make it challenging for non-German speakers to navigate the workplace effectively
