Overall, the management of the company is fragmented in their decisions, habitually fosters a hostile work environment and doesn’t care for their employees.

Senior management does not get along and their behavior in meetings is unprofessional and makes the rest of the team feel very uncomfortable. Typical small start up where you have limited $$ and limited staff but senior leadership wants to do all of the things and is going to run out of money. If they would focus on the top 2 priorities the company would probably succeed. People are definitely overworked and very understaffed.
