Pros
Flexible work hours. Good vacation and personal days off.
Cons
Used to be a great company to work for. It is now changing. Older employees (ie. people who knew their job and point out deficiencies/suggest improvements) are being turfed for younger inexperienced workers who are easier to manipulate. New managers (many from aerospace) are being hired trying to make changes but are making things more bureaucratic. Industrial valves are not airplanes. Smile, do your work, tow the company line, limit your opinions... or else...
