      Pros

      The engineers are amazing to work with. Very helpful, kind and truly love what they do. It shows tremendously in their work ethics and how they treat employees of all levels. Extremely intelligent and talented.

      Cons

      The CEO is a screaming maniac. He leads by fear and humiliates employees in front of their peers. He feels the abusive approach is how you get the job done.......WRONG.

      Great people and innovative technology

      Cons

      The current CEO will be the death of this company, and he will bring many people down with him. He yells, puts people down publicly in front of the entire company, does not allow anyone else to make decisions, and fires whoever disagrees with him. Not a healthy place to work.

      Pros

      People are talented but not sure how to contribute due to having no decision-making power.

      Cons

      This is basically an echo chamber with one person creating all the noise. A highly chaotic work environment that creates unnecessary stress and departures (voluntarily or involuntarily). There are better opportunities out there.
