Pros
No pros/benefit if you work Client side..Worst Company ... Most of the good reviews you find there, are made by company persons itself. Don't believe on Offer Letter what so they gave you on written, terms may change even on appointment letter.
Cons
1- Worst HR management,Once you leave company, they will never pick yours phone calls/ no response for any of your mail, you have to suffer too much for your own relieving documents. 2- After paying initial 1-2 months salary on time , they alternatively holds your salary & blames client for same. 3- If you got your final settlement amount even after 60 days , you are world luckiest person...you can confirm with anyone, who has left working on Client side.
