- Some people never get promoted (I know of people who've been there for almost the same time as I been, but still haven't been promoted once, and not for lack of skills or anything like that)
- Some people were promoted, and actually didn't fit the seniority or position
- Some people who are poorly skilled programmers and lacking a lot of knowledge, were hired with high seniorities (causing the actual good ones that were hired with less seniorities to feel uneasy).
- The career path was actually short, not much of options to follow or growth. (The company has joined another, Endava: we don't know how the reviews and career growth is going to be from now on)
- There are a couple of projects with really old technologies, like legacy projects, which is not only boring, but it makes one to feel like quieting (they can't learn nothing new)
