      None It's a job and that's it.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible and owners don't know what they're doing as far as how to treat their employees. Training is horrible. A lot of promises and lies.

      I'm sorry to hear that anyone has had a negative experience on our team. We have a rich benefit plan that includes health, dental, vision, short and long term disability, critical illness, accident, and cancer policies as well as 401k with employer matching. I assure you that management cares about every employee and strive daily to create a culture that is positive. Any employee who has any concerns is always welcome and encouraged to speak to their direct supervisor, human resources, or senior management.

      We strive to always improve and welcome constructive feedback containing specific examples. Velocity's culture is made up of hardworking individuals who push to win everyday. It is sometimes necessary to relieve an employee of duties for subpar performance to avoid bringing the rest of the team down. Unfortunately receiving poor reviews containing false accusations is a consequence we have to face and is not beneficial to anyone involved.
