      Pros

      Travel opportunities, Work for fairly important clients, Espresso machine, Annual review that can lead to bonus and/or raise. Funny, smart and hard working people without competitive agendas. Company is growing constantly. Events and parties every few months.

      Cons

      Unhealthy working environment where working overtime, stretching resources and high expectations is considered the recipe for successful careers. Very vague career paths. Most people stay less than 3 years. Very low compensations and benefits considering the value people bring to company. You cannot chose your equipment.
