      Enough is Enough

      Pros

      There are some great people to work with, we have fantastic clients and being in the International team means you are removed from the drama somewhat.

      Cons

      It gets tiring hearing your CEO be negative and burn people. In the last meeting we had to hear the CEO basically call our sales team idiots and telling them how he could do a better job. That is not being a leader, neither is it mentoring or coaching. Being removed also means we dont hear about any strategy - we dont know where the product is going, what the organisational chart looks like, who is who and what the future holds

      Office environment, colleagues, international company

      Cons

      Management, easy to lay off current employees and outsource to India ..European offices are dependent from the decisions taken in america, lack of documentation about the products. Current old product buggy, people with many years experience leave the company.

      Extremely poor leadership team, no direction, company is performing very bad with large number of employees deciding to leave the company. think twice before joining an underperforming business.i left as the company gave me no motivation to work.
