It started off really well..

After being paid a somewhat large amount after working a lot for a week, I realized that I was not being shown any more jobs and my reviewer status had been downgraded to only editor (when I had not worked in at least a week). After asking them why I did not see any jobs, I was told the jobs were being shown whenever they were available. I then emailed again to say that I had been talking to other reviewers who told me the same thing happened to them: after a big pay, no more jobs available but other reviewers could see that some jobs were indeed available, just not shown to this particular reviewer. Their response to me pointing thid out to them was to close my account for "low quality" (when I hadn't done any new jobs in a while and my grade was still good) and prevent me from contacting them again. They are horrible.

We value all of our current and former transcribers’ and I am happy to hear that you initially were able to earn well working with us. At Verbit, we strive to provide the highest quality for our customers and have rigorous quality checks that at times can take a few weeks after a job is completed. I understand it is not ideal that it takes so long to get feedback. There is no reason to withhold work from available and qualified transcribers but you are correct that different roles see different jobs. We would love to know how we can improve.
