      Far too many over-inflated egos!!!

      Pros

      Decent holiday allowance with some basic healthcare cover and a nice building to work in.

      Cons

      The company offers crappy salaries and the is very reluctant to reward their loyal staff with an annual bonus even when they are often overworked.
