Pros

One of the best aspects of working here is the unlimited learning curve. The founder strongly believes that technical skills alone are not enough to build great products. Because of this mindset, team members are encouraged to understand not just how to build technology but also how to position and sell it. Unlike many companies where developers are limited to coding, here we are actively involved in sales discussions, product strategy, and key decision-making. The founder treats the team with a high level of trust and often includes us in conversations that shape the direction of the product. This exposure helps us grow beyond pure technical roles and develop a complete product mindset

Cons

Being a startup-style culture, team members often need to handle multiple responsibilities.
