VeriFone is good company to work for as I enjoyed every moment of working there for nearly 19 years of my life.

Cons

It was bad decision to discontinue PAYware merchant self hosted solution. It was a very stable product and never any issues with it. We had one of the customer paid a lot of money to purchase source code.
