Since NiCE acquired: Slow and bogged down by process Benefits and bonuses reduced Lacking cross company communication No sense of belonging Just another ant at the farm

Remote, Equipment provided, used to have a great early shift.

Everything is recorded and PiP's issued without notice. I was consistently the #1 or #2 Concierge month in and month out getting all sorts of gifts and bonuses for it. Yet under new management received a PiP for my use of the mute button while on video calls or phone calls.... This accusation was never properly investigated. Or they would have found out that I had multiple construction vehicles coming right up to my balcony adding an addition for a school. Instead I had a wage increase denied and a Performance-Improvement-Plan issued... as the 1st or 2nd place daily leader shown to all employees on Gecko-boards. Punishing a top performer for ensuring quality phone experiences (people don't want to hear loud construction. So I'd go on mute for a few seconds to run into the restroom and shut my door if it was noisy in my office)... So they lost a top performer.
