The best way I could say this is hire seasoned professionals. That means hiring people who have had good management experience and have a track record of being effective managers. Another good start would simply be to hire individuals who aren't bullies, people who treat people with respect, and people who listen. There is no reason why an AE should be talking negatively behind their recruiters back, and especially NOT TO CLIENTS (clients actually mentioned this AE talking badly about their recruiters while on luch meetings). AE's also shouldnt be talking badly about other recruiters to other recruiters (this happened A LOT). Professionalism means having patients, seeking to help your employees grow, and providing them with the right tools to succeed. I watched various people get bullied while at work. From petty emails being sent, to using FOUL language to degrade recruiters, to recruiters getting yelled at in the sales floor for small fixable mistakes. I think overall, it needs to be acknowledged that this stuff indeed happens at Vertek and employees experiences should be validated. CEO and COO are great, hardworking people so I hope moving forward you guys can bring on strong AE's with a good track record
