Pros

Very driven organization, always looking to grow and succeed in the market, and more and willing to back that ambition with budget. Open and transparent about company performance and financials. Remote working is a big plus, and everyone at the company is flexible to make this work, even for all the different timezones we're in.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can sometimes mean there's less time to analyze success and future improvements before you're on to the next project.
