There are no positives working at Vesuvius

Cons

Management do not treat their staff very well. No support - work or personal No training Make you work long hours with no rewards - late nights and weekends Some managers are rude and aggressive HR do not help employees and you can not speak to them with issues as you will receive notice to leave. No culture or team spirit Sad to say there are so many more!

From middle management down the camaraderie is excellent. Being able to travel to new parts of the world has been personally beneficial

Cons

Top level managers are slave drivers. Unless you are in a selected group personally selected by the CEO you are treated like something he trod in. Good people are sacked because he doesn't like them. Too much protectionist attitude Now chances to progress as everyone is a manager.
