We always continuously try to do better. Regarding lack of diversity, we have recognized our lack of diversity and have been working to make improvements through our hiring efforts and dedicated DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) committee. We know we need and can do better and that’s why this is a top priority across our organization.
