Pros

Nice office space. Some of their remaining staff are great people, I have to say “remaining staff” because they fire very hastily with no regard to work ethic.

Cons

This company presents well, but really the core values went vastly downhill over the last few years. Expect long hours, micromanagement, lack of diversity, and lack of empathy. The turnover here is also horrendous and they do let good staff go. The other negative reviews on this site are very much correct. They will pressure you as an employee to leave a good 5 star review, so proceed with extreme caution.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We’re very sorry you didn’t have a great experience working at VPP. We have an extraordinary group of talented, hardworking people in our organization. Our core value is to always do the very best for our doctor partners, our staff, our clients and patients. We always continuously try to do better. Regarding lack of diversity, we have recognized our lack of diversity and have been working to make improvements through our hiring efforts and dedicated DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) committee. We know we need and can do better and that’s why this is a top priority across our organization. Additionally, managing turnover is another key initiative and our teams have spent the past year working tirelessly to retain people, which is particularly challenging in a difficult pandemic year. To clarify, we never have and never would pressure anyone to leave a good, 5-star review. Opinions of our team members, whether at work or on Glassdoor and/or Indeed, are their own and are encouraged. We learn from these reviews and feedback, accept responsibility and work in the spirit of continuously getting better. If you would like to share more valued feedback with our HR team, you can email hr@vetpartners.com. We are again, very sorry for your experience at VPP and wish you the best in your career endeavors.
