Pros
Pay is fair. Offices are beautiful.
Cons
I was told I was “too ambitious”. They want you to sit 9h to 17h and keep quiet in order to not disrupt the status quo. Motivation is not encouraged , it will be taken as a threat by your director. Unfair treatment in other areas too. Zero company culture. Large amount of employees there for over 10 to 15 years that don’t want to work too hard. If you want to grow and learn this is not the company for you.

Amazing product design, based in Barcelona, room to advance, good salary for sales managers, good work-life balance

Benefits very minimal, office staff underpaid and overworked, negative company culture
