Working hours Safety good but OTT Pay on par with local employers

Unless things change....QUICKLY... this place will not survive. Too top heavy. How can a production company NOT be focused on production? Safety is #1 but used to much to slow/reduce production output. Sales team so distant from reality dont think they realise how bad things are. Dont listen to the 'guy on the machine' Culture/morale is poor

Salary was ok, but thats about it!

Head office way too removed from reality. Will make redundancies on a whim. the company is heavily financed by debt and with the way interest rates are they will probably struggle to keep their heads above water.

Vibrantz products are used are very interesting markets Can get experience in many different areas and the operations team is supportive Each site provides to a different industry and has different equipment

Job Security - You are a number. If any business segment declines, you're on a chopping block. Years of service are an afterthought Pay - don't expect to be at market price or get raises/bonuses Work load - with many layoffs you'll be expected to cover someone else's workload because they likely will not be replaced. Knowledge Retention - when letting go of employees, there is no time to gather their knowledge or work information. They are gone immediately
