I joined Vicon in 2014 and spent over four very rewarding years working as their sole Project Manager. I really enjoyed the variety of work and the broad range of projects I was involved with which ranged from research (with very exciting partners in the movies special effects space) to new product introductions (new motion capture cameras and supporting software/firmware). The best part of the job was the cross functional team I worked with on a daily basis who were all very passionate about the cutting edge work they were doing.
This company has a great future ahead of them with some of the best computer vision scientists, software developers, hardware & firmware engineers, test engineers, product managers and a Senior Management team to direct the company forward which I know will result in more and more great products coming to the market for a variety of very important end applications (life science, engineering, entertainment).
The team there were great fun to work with and I shall miss them!
