Excellent perks..salary, commission, and kudos for working for an industry leader and pioneer. Fast paced environment and rapidly growing company that is intent on increasing market share.

Cons

Very knowledgeable senior management team but tend to make knee jerk decisions without applying any logic or reasoning. Staff are seen as numbers, lack of real man management and ivory tower complexes.
