You will have support from teammates except your manager who will harass you everytime you ask questions. Also you can live with comfort zone.
Cons
No Salary, no appraisals, team lead is the biggest headache. Don't know how to lead employees but always threaten you to fire like he owns the company. No appreciation after a good work but always threaten and compare employees to others and harass them.

- Salary not on time. - Appraisal is poor and quite tedious to get. - Poor management, no one hear your problems. - Very less number of leaves.
Continue readingThere is hardly anyone deployed at client site. Unsure if you are in our former services division which we exited from. On an average we are seeing 20 customers being added month on month. Given that we have concluded a fund raise and the services business has a strategic buyer, most good employees should see lot of solid prospects to grow and solid work.
