Most of the "leadership" deflects decision making to let everyone go in their own direction to everyone's detriment. There is little to no standardization in approach or processes while why those leaders expound to everyone else 'you need to standardize'. Every team goes its own way, the company is like a conglomerate of unrelated businesses each seeking its own goals and objectives resulting in the familiar silo'ed approach to operating.
One of the saddest places I have ever worked. As an employee I get the mushroom treatment.
Leadership is hypocritical at best (not including the CTO), waiting for 'someone else' to solve an issue and when someone else takes initiative out come the barrage of "you should have..", "why didn't you...". The after the fact hypocrisy is the closest thing I have seen to genuine Vineti team work in my almost 2 years.
Why do I stay, great question - covid has limited job opportunities.
