Pros
Around 50% of the crew are the only thing that is good at the company. The loyalty of crew is fantastic & we look after each other.
Cons
Extremely poor management team who have zero interest in the well being of the customer facing staff. Happy to penny pinch in every way apart from their own income. Moral is at an all-time low with Management denying there are any issues. So many crew are leaving that they cannot hire & train fast enough.

Pros
Free flight if you can get on the plane
Cons
Lack of clarity on what is required from its employees and who’s doing what. Senior leadership live and work in a bubble, they don’t get why things don’t work and how they can help improve the situation for its staff.

Pros
The crew and a nice uniform
Cons
Terribly ran. Most flight are minimum crew, doing endless services but for no real reward. Company only cares about profit and not giving the crew the tools to do their jobs. There is no progression, they just make you jump through hoops but for no reward. I really regret choosing virgin to work for after being made redundant from my previous airline, I really wished I focused my energy and enthusiasm on another airline who treat their crew with respect

Pros
Flights if can get on, cutting these back
Cons
Looks like more cuts are incoming, losing money whilst ignoring the staff who are pointing out flaws. Throwing money away as a way to keep custom.
