      Pros

You can add your spouse (Cat A), 8 different people from your family like parents, siblings, children, brother/ sister in law, (Cat B), 1 person , whoever you want to (Cat C) and 4 unregistered companions (Cat D) . All Cat A, B and C nominees can only be added or removed once a year. Your Unregistered companions may be changed at any time.

      Cons

Unregistered companions only travel using your benefit if you’re traveling with them , operating the flight or as passengers.

      Love it!

      Pros

Amazing staff travel benefits across multiple airlines, good colleagues, social events (bbq + Christmas parties), can be yourself, internal career progression, good training with experienced colleagues, can be open with senior agents and supervisors and get assistance when needed, good pension scheme, can swap shifts with colleagues.

      Cons

Every sale (better seat upgrades, baggage etc) as CSA should be rewarded with commission, it'd be a little bonus scheme that wouldn't cost the company a penny. Pay could be better, shift pay could be improved. Unsocial hours can make it difficult to balance work and life (family, university, etc.)

Was a wonderful company but it changed

      Pros

I worked for Virgin Atlantic for over 20 years, and I loved it. Travelled extensively, my colleagues were more like family. However in 2019 the vast majority of the customer centre in Crawley we’re made redundant. The loyal workers who’d given their lives to the company were disregarded. My job was moved to Swansea. The head management didn’t give a damn about loyalty, and it was a dreadfully sad time.

      Cons

A lot of managers were awful, and the only reason they had jobs were because they may have been good at interviews, but were awful managers. Managers also had favourites.
