Bullying being told your never goood enough even after 13 years some one else applying for a role to run in your face they will get it even thou they don't want it just to spite you as it's something you always wanted !

No work life balance, expected to work until 10pm on weekends, awful customers, no support from managers, lose money when other departments make fraudulent orders that you have to cancel at the customer's request
