Pros
Chance to learn skit about the energy industry. Opportunity to be a self starter. Great subject matter experts.
Cons
Sr Leadership has little focus; jump from one priority to the next. No follow thru on promises or initiatives. Resources are constantly shifted from one crisis to the next.

Pros
As a start-up, it is a flexible work environment, with opportunities to get involved with many different projects and create structure where necessary. Great ability to lead and take charge. Everyday flies and it is never boring.
Cons
Change is constant in a start-up environment, while it doesn't bother me, some may not feel comfortable outside of a traditional silo formation large company.
