No level of accountability at all from senior management. Product development is a joke, consistently missing release dates by YEARS! As a result, the office environment is volatile and is basically a revolving door of employees who don’t carry a management title. Very rare for new employees to stay longer than 1 year. Sales targets have not been met and the Vector Capital company that owns Virtek will not re-invest. Even though the company remains profitable, Competitors are catching up and starting to steal market share.

Too many managers and politics , Conflicting directions , Product team are fighting each others. Company was focusing only to get sold not developing new products. They just need to get the impression they developed something cool , and they do not really invest on a real product development. CEO hires his own friends and give them leadership roles. Many hires recently just because of connections.
