      Good for beginner IT people. Tough for being there forever.

      Grow your IT career from scratch. Great for IT newbies to learn everything at one place.

      Cons

      Salary never increases and HR cannot make the promises. Client means everything to the higher ups and employees must be afraid to be laid off once a year as the company tries to save money to buy more smaller MSPs to grow their market quicker this way.

      there are some good people dotted around the business

      Cons

      Management say what they need to, just to achieve whatever the hottest topic is at that time. Don't trust them. Very quick to let people go, no job security, feeling of being closely watched. Of all the IT companies around, don't go for this one. All teams are siloed, and don't work well together.
