      Pros

      generally nice atmosphere. Half the company got sold to investors, resulting in positive management/ hierarchy changes. As well as changing the bad 3D software to Solidworks.

      Cons

      No flexible hours, little responsibilities. Hierarchy is solely based on years spend in the company (typical in family company). Low salary.
