      Pros

      Fast growing Chicago HealthTech Start-Up with an unbelievable mission of providing access to eye care to anyone, anywhere. The cool mission is just a start, the company has so many great people who are extremely passionate about what they do everyday. Great mission, great people, and great technology is the recipe to success!

      Cons

      Because it's a start-up there is some hard work that has to be done. That's what makes start-ups exciting though!

      Pros

      Very passionate people pursuing an inspiring mission - making eye care available to anyone, anywhere. The executive team has an exciting vision for the company and the strategy is clearly working with strong interest from new partners and our investors. The incredible rooftop and beer fridge are not bad either...

      Cons

      We are growing really fast! Not every process has been perfected, but I actually think this is more of a Pro since I like playing a role in the development of the company.
