Pros

I don't see any pros to working at this company, unless it's absolutely your only option.

Cons

They have a terrible compensation package. They do not treat their employees well. As a result, there is a high turnover. They do not get rid of their bad employees, so I had to work with incompetent coworkers on a daily basis. The CEO is cheap and does not care about the employees.

Pros

Company has some interesting customers in government and commercial markets - big names you would recognize. Employees believe in what they're doing.

Cons

Many of the positive reviews on Glassdoor are fake - manufactured by VIP trying to counter the negativity. The 401K has been defund periodically without notice nor much explanation. Lack of strategic direction and senior management high turnover are concerns.

Pros

I cannot think of any good reasons to work there other than the people in the trenches. The few projects that the company has left are with interesting customers.

Cons

Mismanaged and unethical company that does not take care of their people. CEO (owner) is a greedy megalomaniac who would do just about anything to not have to pay their staff what they are worth or pay out bonuses. The corporate value of "no hallucinations" would be a good one if people actually could discuss what is wrong without getting on the short list for people to be fired next go-around. It doesn't require hallucinations to realize how poorly employees are being treated, going as far as cutting salary by a third. If you have a sense of ethics, don't work at VIP,
