      Pros

      - The people around you...the people who can get stuff done, are smart, hard workers. - Salaries are competitive - You can learn a lot in a very short amount of time

      Cons

      - Management could not care less about its employees - First priority is money over customers - Be ready to work long hours - Career growth is not a priority

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Fair compensation. Very capable products within a growing industry.

      Cons

      Senior Management seems to think it's a financial company instead of a software company. Acts as though it's a large bank instead of a mid-level software company. Horrible work/life balance. Abusive Management (some employees have been brought to tears) Zero interest in client relationships Management is only interested in reporting profits and does not reinvest in it's employees or it's products.
